Alex joined Afridi & Angell in 2019. As an associate, Alex has experience working with both international and local clients on general corporate law matters, mergers and acquisitions, real estate matters, and transactional work.
Alex assists clients wishing to register new business entities, as well as clients seeking to structure or restructure their UAE businesses. Alex has experience in drafting company and transaction agreements, liaising with government departments, drafting memoranda, and various due diligence investigations.
Alex completed her articles at the firm prior to joining Afridi & Angell as an associate. Prior to that, she gained extensive experience working in both the public and private sector through several internships with law offices and legal aid organizations in Canada.
