Shahram Safai, partner, participated as a panelist during the PropIT panel on the topic “Automating developer’s biggest pain points and finding solutions: financing, legal restraints, business and market forecasting, and project supervision”, organised by Terrapinn Middle East.
The panel focused on strategies, technologies and big ideas that will be essential for real estate in 2020. Other panelists included Dr. Mohammad Baydoun (Damac Properties), Maan Al-Awlaqi (Aldar Properties), Stephan Degenhart (Drees & Sommer) and Sunil Gomes (King Abdullah Economic City), as the moderator.
