Charles Laubach, partner, moderated a webinar on the Targeted Economic Support Scheme (TESS), organised by the AmCham Abu Dhabi’s Legal Affairs Committee. Businesses throughout the UAE have faced unprecedented cash flow and credit challenges arising from the Covid-19 pandemic. To help address these, the Central Bank of the UAE has launched TESS, which is designed to, amongst others, afford temporary payment relief to borrowers.
