Most of us are familiar with the black-letter text of the most important laws and regulations governing labor and employment. However, there are many areas of ambiguity and there are many situations where the law and the practice in the market do not coincide. The Oath in association with Afridi & Angell highlighted some of the major problem areas for employers in this GC Talk Series Session.
