Afridi & Angell held a seminar on the new UAE Bankruptcy Law, during which seminar Charles Laubach (partner) and Rahat Dar (senior associate) presented on the key features and impact of the new UAE Bankruptcy Law. The seminar was held at our offices in Jumeirah Emirates Towers, on two separate occasions: a morning session on Tuesday 16 May (8:30-10:00am) and an afternoon session on Wednesday 17 May (5:30-7:00pm).
