The webinar provided key highlights and a comparative overview of commercial agency agreements in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The discussion included recent developments and practicalities with regard to the registration, termination, and enforcement of commercial agency agreements.
