She has experience across a range of disputes, including construction, financial services, and shareholder matters. Her work includes supporting arbitral proceedings through in-depth legal research and analysis, contributing to expert reports, and advising on procedural strategy.

 

Prior to joining Afridi & Angell in 2025, Ramsha worked in the dispute resolution and arbitration practice of a leading UAE-based law firm. Ramsha has played a key role in shaping case strategies, drafting legal submissions, and liaising with counsel to ensure efficient and effective representation throughout proceedings. She has assisted in matters before the DIFC, ADGM, and onshore UAE courts, and is well-versed in the rules of leading arbitral institutions, including DIAC and the ICC.
