      About

      Stephanie joined Afridi & Angell in 2023. She advises clients in domestic and cross border transactions in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and corporate restructuring matters. She has advised clients across a wide range of sectors, including, manufacturing, technology, FMCG, and healthcare. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating various legal documents including sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and shareholder agreements.

       

      Prior to joining Afridi & Angell, Stephanie was an associate at a leading law firm in Mumbai, India. She has extensive knowledge and experience in relation to general corporate, mergers and acquisitions and private equity laws and practices in India.
