Advised the promoters on the mining concessions in the Hydromine mining and refinery project in Cameroon. This major refinery project will mine 8 to 9 million tons of bauxite annually that will be converted into alumina at a 3 million ton per year alumina refinery.
Advised a shareholder on infrastructure and offtake arrangements in the Sangaredi mine and refinery project in Guinea, a mine with a capacity of 13 million tons per year.
