Advising a DIFC-based financial advisory group on the set up of two funds: 1) a closed-ended exempted company registered as a segregated portfolio company in the Cayman Islands, and 2) an open-ended qualified investor fund in the DIFC structured as a protected cell company. We advised on drafting the private placement memorandum, subscription documents, and advisory agreements.
